Our “Chupequin Sauce” is a fiery Chile Pequin based hot sauce perfect for marinating hot wings or as a meal time condiment. You may even try it as a dip on delicious Chupacabra Tortilla Chips. Known throughout South Texas and Mexico, the Chile Pequin has a unique, spicy, and bold flavor. With its heat value and extraordinary flavor, this Chupequin Sauce cannot be beaten!
Ingredients: Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), onions, distilled vinegar, jalapeno peppers, serrano peppers, chili pequin peppers, salt, water, granulated garlic, lemon juice, spices.
“Chupa Wangs”
- Add 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup vinegar to contents and heat.
- Combine cooled sauce and wings in a baggie
- Refrigerate for 6 hours
